Parameters & Options Explained
Weather Type
clear (sunny sky), rain (snow in cold biomes), thunder (thunderstorm with lightning).
Duration
Length in seconds (1 to 1,000,000) that this weather state will remain active.

Important Limitations & Rules
- Weather cycles resume automatically once the specified duration elapses.
- Rain appears as snow in mountain and snowy biomes.
