About the /tp Generator

The /tp generator builds commands to teleport players, mobs, or entities across coordinates, relative offsets, or to other entities with custom yaw and pitch facing angles.

How to Use This Generator

  1. Select the target entity to teleport (e.g., @s, @p, @a).
  2. Enter destination coordinates (absolute, relative ~, or local ^) or target player name.
  3. Optionally set horizontal yaw and vertical pitch rotation angles.
  4. Copy and execute in chat or connect to a teleportation pressure plate.

Parameters & Options Explained

Target

The player or entity being moved.

Destination

Coordinate location (X Y Z) or destination entity name.

Rotation (Yaw / Pitch)

Yaw rotates horizontally (-180 to 180 degrees), Pitch tilts vertically (-90 up to 90 down).

Practical In-Game Example

Tested & Validated
/tp @p 0 100 0 0 0

Teleports the nearest player to world spawn facing due South with a level horizon.

Java vs Bedrock Compatibility

Java Edition:Supports "facing <pos|entity>" and "/teleport" interchangeable alias.
Bedrock Edition:Supports yaw/pitch rotation and target destination selectors.

Important Limitations & Rules

  • Standard /tp cannot switch dimensions by itself; use /execute in <dimension> on Java.
  • Teleporting into unloaded chunks may cause temporary client desync.
