Minecraft /datapack Command

Manages the server's loaded data packs, allowing creators to dynamically enable, disable, and order them.

Command Syntax

Java Edition/datapack enable <name> [first|last|before|after] | /datapack disable <name> | /datapack list

Arguments Explained

actionenable / disable / listRequired

Specifies whether to load, unload, or list data packs.

nameData Pack ID

The file folder name or zip archive name of the datapack.

Practical Examples

/datapack list

Lists all available data packs and their load statuses.

/datapack enable "file/custom_mechanics" first

Enables the custom_mechanics pack and places it at the highest priority.
